My background in construction helps me identify signs of deferred maintenance, poor workmanship, structural issues, and other concerns that could affect a home’s value long after closing. Combined with nearly a decade of helping buyers navigate the Austin market, it allows me to evaluate a home from both a construction and market perspective.
